At Full Stride, we believe hockey is a life long game, whether you started playing at 5 years old or 50 years old. With a lifetime of experience in nearly every area of the game, including some time in the NHL, we know that once hockey finds a way inside your heart and starts to pump through your veins, you're in for the long haul.

We at Full Stride want to share our knowledge and passion for the game with you. We offer a variety of different adult and youth instructional clinics for all age levels and all skill levels. Full Stride is Vermont's premier adult recreational hockey league, which accommodate all skill levels, co-ed, and women only leagues. It's never too late to learn how to play hockey. Play better. Game On will be running an Advanced Adult Field Hockey League. Games consist of (2) 25 minute halves officiated by college level officials. Game play follows modified NCAA rules (full field - 10v10 plus goalies). This is a moderately competitive league geared to current and recent college level players or players of similar caliber.

Games are played on Monday nights starting mid-May through July. All players will sign up individually and teams will be randomly assigned or built via a draft system.

Game On will be running our 14th annual Adult Field Hockey League this summer. The league will primarily play on UVM Moulton Winder with occasional games at St. Michael's.

Join Game On for our adult grass volleyball leagues on Wednesday nights in Burlington. This program is geared to the rec or intermediate players and will be played on grass fields at UVM. Teams will play a minimum of three matches per night over a 7 week regular season and a one day tournament at the end.

Select your division and register in teams of 6-10 players. If you don't have a team you can sign up as a free agent and will be merged with other players as space allows. There are no gender requirements for this program but teams are encouraged to be coed.
6v6 Open Rec - Open to everyone with no gender requirements. Geared to the beginner or novice players
6v6 Open INT - Open to everyone with no gender requirements. Players have experience in the sport and a good knowledge of the rules. Players are competitive, but a step down from the Advanced level.

The Burlington Beer League is a moderately competitive coed softball league that plays at Landry Park in Winooski and Leddy Park in Burlington.

Teams play one 9-inning game per week on Wednesday or Thursday nights and must have at least 1 women on the field. The thirteen week season starts the first week of June and ends in September with the top 6 teams advancing to a playoff.

Teams typically return year after year but we occasionally have room for free agents.

Games are open to men and women with no gender requirements, no officials, and are limited to 7 innings or 1.25 hour max game times. All ability levels are welcome but this league is geared more to the recreational players.

Game On offers three sessions of adult floor hockey leagues throughout the year.

The summer league is an 8-10 week floor hockey season for adults. Games will be played on the small rink at Leddy Park in Burlington. The arena has removed the ice for the summer.

The Fall and Winter leagues are 12-13 weeks long and played at the Mater Christi School in Burlington on Tuesday and Thursday nights.

This is a noncontact, semi-competitive league open to anyone 18+. There are no gender requirements or restrictions for this program.

Game On will be hosting a weekly High School Lacrosse League. This 8 week league is open to incoming freshmen through graduating seniors

Game On VT is excited to offer our summer field hockey program for players 7-13 years old. Open to players of all ability levels.

Players will have one hour of field time each week where they will learn basic stick skills, rules, positioning, and play short field games on the UVM Moulton Winder Field Hockey Field.

This youth program is split into three age groups.

U9: 7-9 years old (going into 2nd or 3rd grade)
U11: 9-11 years old (going into 4th or 5th grade)
U13: 11-13 years old (going into 6th, 7th, or 8th grade)
*These age groups are flexible and can be adjusted.

Players are required to have a stick, shin guards, and a mouth guard.
